1. MUST I PAY THROUGH PAYPAL? At this time, that is what we have set up, but we’re working on connecting other options so you do not have to sign into Paypal. If you do not have an account, it is pretty easy to do so. Simply give them your email address, set up a password and that’s it. Once you are on Paypal’s site, you can pay with VISA, Mastercard, or Discover.

2. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Leather is very durable and long lasting, however, there are a few points to consider. Avoid direct contact with lotions, sprays, oil (except if using essential oils on the back ) and large amounts of water. These may discolor the finish of your leather, so be careful. If you have minor dirt, you can clean it with a damp cloth. 

   Store your earrings in a flat, dry place as the leather can wrinkle if left folded too long. If by chance your leather gets wrinkled you can press it flat with a warm iron after covering it with a towel. Do not iron directly!

3. LOST EARRING: If you're like me, its a bad day when I loose a favorite earring! Here's the scoop, our leather inventory is always in flux, so there are no guarantees that we'll still have the exact leather you have. Contact us via email uniquelyyoursmontana@gmail.com with a picture of your lonely earring and we will do our best to get another earring to you. An invoice will be sent to you for the cost of the earring (usually half price) and to cover shipping costs.

4. SENSITIVE SKIN: All our earring hooks are hypoallergenic, lead and nickel free, however we realize there are some that still need extra pure metals. We offer gold plated and sterling silver. Please contact us, via the contact form, to let us know that you need this special metal upgrade. There is no extra charge.

5. GIFT CARDS: At this time we are unable to offer gift cards directly through this website. However, if you contact us below with your request we can certainly send you one and bill you with an invoice through Paypal. A $2.00 processing and shipping fee is charged.
