We take thin tooling leather and hand etch each image using a wood burner, NOT a laser. After applying the leather stain and darkening the edges, we securely glue the patch onto the hat. Trust us, we’ve tested the glue and it holds! Lastly, a protective coat of Resolene is applied, making the leather dirt and water resistant. It’s art on a hat!
